WARRANTY
NO OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE GIVEN INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
Limited Warranty Auto Enhancements warrants labor related to installation under normal and reasonable intended use for a period of [3] years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. In addition, the manufacturer[s] of the parts/components/materials we sell offer written warranties, a copy of which will be made available at the request of the customer prior to work being done, or upon completion of the same. Please consult your product[s] owners manual for specific warranty information. This warranty is expressly limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any warranty work found necessary will be performed by Auto Enhancements at our facility. If customer requests mobile service for warranty repair more than 90 days after original installation, a minimum fee of $85.00 will be charged. *If no problem is found or it is determined to be user error, additional fees may apply. Exceptions will require a written order in advance. This warranty does not apply to any Auto Enhancements installation which has been subject to abuse, misuse, improper use or application, negligence, neglect, accident, flood, fire, or acts of God, nor does it cover incidental damages, loss of time, inconvenience, use of the vehicle, or any other indirect or consequential damages. This warranty is void if repairs have been made or attempted by unauthorized parties. Under no circumstances will labor or installation charges be reimbursed by Auto Enhancements. No other drawings, photographs, instructions, dimensions, specifications, advertisements, brochures or other descriptive matter issued by Auto Enhancements or the manufacturer of any parts / components / material installed by Auto Enhancements shall be regarded as expanding this warranty relating to the goods or services installed or provided by Auto Enhancements. This Limited Warranty is available once the product is registered within 90 days of installation. Liability Not withstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions or in any other material relating to the services rendered by Auto Enhancements or relating to the parts / components / materials installed by Auto Enhancements, to the contrary, Auto Enhancements liability on defective installations or services is limited to the replacement or repair of any conversion defect. Dealer Source ATX shall in no event be liable for any incidental or other damages as a result of any such conversion defect. Some products offered by Auto Enhancements are warranted by the manufacturer. Auto Enhancements shall neither accept or assume liability in connection with products covered by the manufacturers limited warranty. Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless Auto Enhancements and all employees, representatives or agents thereof, against any and all liability to third parties from or in connection with or arising out of any installation undertaken by Auto Enhancements or the use or disposition thereof by Buyer.
